DESCRIZIONE: È un arbusto che cresce fino a 60 centimetri di altezza, formando ciuffi a forma di cuscino con più steli larghi fino a 2 metri. Gli steli sono eretti, succulenti , superficialmente come un cactus , quadrangolari, con coppie corte ma affilate di spine di 6 millimetri sugli angoli, distanziate di circa 1 centimetro lungo lo stelo.

DESCRIPTION: It is a shrub that grows up to 60 cm in height, forming cushion-shaped tufts with multiple stems up to 2 meters wide. The stems are erect, succulent, superficially like a cactus , quadrangular, with short but sharp pairs of thorns of 6 millimeters on the corners, spaced about 1 centimeter along the stem
